Certified Medical Assistant
Born and raised in Reidsville, Kayleigh graduated high school with Honors at 16, became a certified North Carolina Emergency Medical Technician at 18, and worked as a medical assistant and receptionist for three years while pursuing a degree in nursing at Rockingham Community College. She put her medical career on hold to help her husband, Andy Sparks develop his masonry business and to raise their daughter, Willa. In 2015, when Willa started kindergarten, Kayleigh became a certified Clinical Medical Assistant.
Kayleigh is “excited to be a part of Dr. Gosrani’s new primary wellness care practice.” She looks forward to helping the people “I know and love understand and implement the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.” We’re delighted that Kayleigh decided to get back into health care.
Kayleigh spends her free time with family, enjoys tending to her mini-farm, traveling, experiencing new places and different cultures, singing, dancing, making people laugh and having tea parties with Willa.
Raised in Eden, Brittany now lives in Reidsville, NC. She graduated from Morehead High School with Honors in 2008. Her healthcare training started at Morehead Memorial Hospital, where she worked her way up from Emergency Room Registration Clerk to ER CNA/MedTech in less than three years. In 2013, a very different kind of education began when her daughter Kyrie was born. Motherhood didnt’t stop Brittany from earning her Associate’s Degree in Medical Office Administration, graduating with High Honors from Rockingham Community College and earning her Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist credentials — all in 2016.
Outside of the office, Brittany spends her free time with her family — most importantly with Kyrie. They love being outdoors, singing, dancing, blowing bubbles and enjoying life, especially by the water. More than anything, Brittany wants Kyrie to learn how to live a long, healthy life sharing love and happiness with those around her.

Nellie was always eager to learn and support others entering the health care field. At McMichael H.S., Nellie graduated from the NC Career and Technical Education “Health Occupations” program. After receiving her Certified Nursing Assistant credentials from RCC in 1993, she worked as a CNA in the Memory Care Unit of a skilled nursing facility and for home health services in the Piedmont Triad area from 1994 to 1995.
From 1995 to 2009, Nellie was a Unit Secretary/Nurse Tech in the Medical-Surgical / ACE unit of Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. It was “Pave It Forward” from CNA to CMA in the health care system: in Norfolk VA, Nellie was a CNA for Sentara Health, Inc. in 2009 while studying to become a Certified Medical Assistant. She began her clinical CMA training with Mark East, M.D., a cardiovascular surgeon.
After earning her CMA credentials from Fortis College in 2010, Nellie worked for SMG Neurology Specialists at Sentara CarePlex Hospital, in Hampton, VA where she loved helping military patients.
Nellie enjoys traveling, the beach, the mountains, big cities, experiencing new places and becoming culturally well-rounded. She loves spending time with family and friends, and walking her dog, Chewy in the park. Nellie is thrilled that Dr. Gosrani has brought his lifestyle-change approach to optimal health to the Rockingham County community: “This is my home town county, and I want to see people from all walks of life living well and being healthy.”
